Happy New Year! Mine was somewhat less glamorous than previous years. All due to exams I've welcomed 2014 from the UK!
After managing to get all my coursework submitted (something that felt like it was never ending), I thought it would be wise to take the car for a spin. She was looking neglected just sitting there.
It was a quick shot to set up and didn't spend much time in post either. Not entirely happy with it but I've still got 364 more opportunities to perfect it!
Needless to say there will be more coverage of the car this year. Have a few ideas and plans I would like to see through. I guess time will tell if they materialise or not!
The picture was taken with a Canon 60D and a Sigma 30mm f1.4. Lighting was controlled manually with a Canon 430ex ii being fired multiple times manually at full power across the whole carl.
Post production was taken care of with a combination of Lightroom and Photoshop. The majority of the work in Photoshop and some minor touch ups in Lightroom.
I probably should have taken more time scouting for a location and setting up, but time was of the essence so it was a case of get in and out as quickly as possible.
